Bookings
All bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Spaces on our retreats, courses and classes are limited.
For retreat bookings, specifics will be sent out via email on the Thursday before the retreat.
Retreat cancellations and transfers
We understand that plans change, and we're happy to offer flexibility wherever possible.
You're welcome to transfer your retreat booking to another available date, free of charge, provided you give us at least 7 days' notice.
If you need to change your booking within 7 days of the retreat, please get in touch. We'll do our best to help, although transfers cannot be guaranteed.
You're welcome to give your place to a friend or family member at no additional cost. Please let us know their details - specifically any allergies and health considerations - at least 5 days before the retreat.
We don't routinely offer refunds for cancellations.
Classes and courses
Individual classes, class passes, memberships and courses may have their own cancellation, rescheduling and expiry conditions, which will be explained at the time of booking.
If we cancel
If we need to cancel an event, class or retreat, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
Occasionally, we may need to make reasonable adjustments to activities, facilitators or locations. We'll let you know about significant changes and respect any applicable refund rights.

Please let us know before participating if you have any injuries, health conditions, pregnancy-related considerations or accessibility needs that may affect your experience.
All activities are optional, and you're encouraged to listen to your body, take breaks and work at a pace that feels right for you.
Our classes and retreats are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
Illness
If you're feeling unwell, particularly with a contagious illness, please avoid attending and contact us about your booking.
