Aether Yoga Day retreat - September 4th & 5th 2027 - Earth
Our September day retreats in Gisburn Forest are themed around the element of earth 🌲. As we move towards autumn, we’ll explore balance in our yoga practice and take time to slow down and enjoy the woods around us.
For these dates, we’ll be joined by special guest facilitator Joanne, The Forest Psychologist, who’ll guide us through a forest bathing walk. We’ll take our time to notice the details we might usually walk straight past, with space to pause and enjoy being in nature.
There’s a morning yoga flow, a chef-prepared lunch and a slower afternoon. You don’t need to come to regular classes or have done yoga before. I’ll guide you through the practices, and you’re welcome to take things at your own pace.
You can expect:
🧘♀️ A morning yoga flow and a slow, relaxing session in the afternoon with me
🥗 A warming, seasonal and nourishing lunch by a local chef
🕉 Guided meditation, breathwork and deep rest
🌲 A forest bathing walk with special guest Joanne, The Forest Psychologist
🍵 Tea, herbal teas and coffee throughout the day, with cacao at the end
There’s always a friendly vibe, people come solo, with friends, as couples or with family. There’s time to chat over lunch, and space for a bit of quiet too.
We have a yurt with a wood fire available when we need shelter from the weather, so you’ll always have somewhere comfortable to practise.
The day is open to all genders, ages 14+, and beginners are welcome. Feel free to bring your own mat and props, but I can provide them too.
📅 4th & 5th September 2027: each date is a separate day retreat
🕰️ 10.30am–4pm
Any questions, just message me through the contact form or email cshort@aetheryoga.org.
See you in the woods! Charlotte xx
