The October yoga day retreat is themed around the element of air with a focus on balance, creating lightness and letting go 🌀.
It's perfect for a reset, if you're stressed or just need a day for yourself, want to try something new or if you can't get to a regular yoga class.
You can expect -
🧘♀️ A morning yoga flow and a slow, relaxing session in the afternoon with me
🥗 A warming nourishing lunch by Skipton-based retreat chef Intentional Eats
🕉 Guided meditation and deep rest
🍵 Hot teas, herbal teas, coffees all day & cacao at the end of the day.
We're using the wood-fired yurt for most activities now it's autumn so we're always warm & cosy 🍂.
I create a really lovely community feeling - we've had some fab groups of people so far coming solo, with family members, with friends, couples.
The yoga is suitable for all - the day is open to all genders, 16+. Feel free to bring your own props and mats, but we can also provide them.
