After then in almost all cases, pregnancy yoga is recommended. I am trained to personalise each session for any ailment you might be experiencing at the time: PGP/SPD, headaches, heartburn, back pain/sciatica, round ligament pain, carpel tunnel, etc. In rare cases pregnancy yoga is not advised: if you’re experiencing any serious health issue, check with your midwife or doctor.

  • I’m a 300HRS yoga teacher specialising in pregnancy & birth preparation certified by Yoga Alliance, the Federation of Antenatal Educators (FEDANT) & Lushtums®. Any questions at all, just email cshort@aetheryoga.org 😊

  • I really enjoyed learning the breathing techniques, I'm going to show them to my birth partner so he can help me include them during labour. I also really like the meditative ending.
